Visited CG Office in Arlington 6/13/89 3:10 PM (driving hard rain). Jerry Lundgren, Staff Atty., had table covered with two rows of files (purged according to "Protection Order") concerning "claims" of AHC against CG. I looked at some pleadings and examined AJ’s Order in some cases. He gave me a summary sheet - which best served my purpose - and marked it with Xes and Os in my presence to indicate the status of each AHC claim.

He stated that the Coast Guard has no claims pending against AHC, but that the Dept of Justice has ordered the Coast Guard not to file claims for breach of contract (90 million?).
