"SNOW CONVERSION" - Cover sheet for "SNOW CONVERSION" section in the Relator's original microfiche disclosure (created on 06/24/88) describing the gas turbine engine conversion contract, which, in its proposed form, attempted to include unapproved changes within the $25,000.00 repair charge per engine. This culminated in the Relator's refusal to sign the final specification contract which misidentified (1) the unapproved changed items included in the "hot end section" and an accurate and contractually acceptable explaination for these changes ("defect" v. "improvement") and (2) the inclusion of charges to AHC which had been identified as the results of unapproved changes which were linked to allegedly "non-compliant" parts and performance. This contract and project was referred to by any of the following names:
1. "Subcontract CG-80-B-1"
2. "LTS101-750-A1 to LTS101-750-B2 Gas Turbine Engine Conversion Subcontract"
3. "A1 to B2" or "A1-B2"
