Sole owner and project director for PACCHIPS.COM. Includes concept development, project design, and project
administration of e-commerce website for international distribution of high performance "chips" for
late-model cars and trucks. Work includes technical support manual and web pages and packaging. Ongoing project.
Sole owner and project director for TESTMAKER.COM.
Includes concept development, project design, administration and production of test generation software (which
will be released for distribution on March 1, 1997) titled The Test-It
Series, including Make-It, Change-It, Study-It,
Test-It and Share-It. Coordinated with legal groups for "intellectual
properties" protection and programmers for product development and support. Project administration
included disk duplication, CD-ROM mastering, technical support manual and
web pages and packaging. Ongoing project. "IPO" was anticipated but is now on hold.

COMDEX Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada.

TURBOMECA ENGINE CORPORATION, 2709 Forum Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051-4005.
Title - "Procurement Representative". Initial international configuration
management, inventory planning and procurement to support (1) the existing North and South American
fleet of medium sized gas turbine engines for helicopters, (2)
spare parts and module inventory and (3) new "Made in America"
gas turbine engines kits. Also handled audit and review of Customer
Support "sales" and "on-order" documents and
reconciled them with the purchasing status records. Identified
configuration management problems and initiated "Cross Reference:
Part Number Change" report. Analyzed "Problem Receiver"
discrepancy, documented procedural failures and resolved them;
reduced international delivered "line item" rejections
from "60.0% errors in January, 1990" to "0.05%
errors in October, 1990". Increased quantity of "Line
items managed" from "200 per month from 08/89 to 04/90"
to "600 per month from 04/90 to 12/90".

responsibilities. Investigation, consolidation, negotiation and
final form drafting of major nation and multinational commercial
subcontracts. Documented in excess of $1,500,000.00 "Manager
Approved Cost Savings" in first fiscal year of employment
(additional $800,000.00 was pending approval). Received (1) multiple
salary increases and (2) cash awards in "Employee Suggestion
Program" during first fiscal year of employment. In one "Employee
Performance Appraisal" 17% of categories rated as "Excellent",
balance of 83% of categories rated as "Above Average"
with the following comments listed under: (1) Strongest points-"...initiative

HEAVY EQUIPMENT LEARNING PROGRAMS, UNLIMITED (H.E.L.P. Unlimited), Fort Worth, Texas
Title - "Owner". Initiated negotiations and finalized contract in 1982 to (1) purchase
the services of the International Union of Operating Engineers
to provide United States Department of Labor training programs,
training materials and qualified instructors for all forms of
heavy equipment. Developed specifications and contracted with
the City of Fort Worth, Texas, to train and certify employees
that operated City owned equipment. Responsible for total administration
of program.
June 1976
DALLAS - FORT WORTH REGIONAL AIRPORT BOARD, Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas
Title - "Purchasing Agent". Responsible for all phases of material management, including purchasing
and warehouse personnel, public bid specification including bid preparation and public advertising,
purchasing analysis and contract awards, physical inventory, and management
oversite of multiple warehouse facilities on the airport grounds.
Performed bid analysis, cost analysis, vendor audits, and bid award
recommendations to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board during
the pre-Grand Opening and start-up phase. Upon award approval of the Airport Board,
implemented multi-year contract awards, annual contracts withed phased or needs-based
release quantities, MRO orders, and common purchase orders. Products purchased ranged from
Commercial firetrucks and fleet cars to common fertilizer. Ultimate management responsibility
of buyers, warehouse and clerical personnel.

Title - "Senior Buyer". Coordinate increased and new production with purchasing and inventory
control during and after plant relocation to a larger facility.
Included all phases of operational and production purchasing responsibilities
for a multinational commercial and industrial "Original Equipment
Manufacturer" of tanks and boilers. Initiated "minimum
reorder level" parts history and record cards, new vendor
solicitations and bids, second source network and competitive
bidding practices. Total documented cost savings through April
of 1976 was $152,000.00. Promoted from Buyer to Senior Buyer.

RAYTHEON ELECTRONICS, INC., Marine Products Division, Manchester, New Hampshire
Title - "Buyer". Responsible for all phases of procurement of power supply subassemblies,
electronic components, M.R.O. supplies and final product packaging.
Responsible for integrating part number identification systems
from two parent manufacturing plants and originating a single
system for the new Marine Products Division. Initiated research
study, testing and acceptance of revolutionary reusable packaging
modules for "High Dollar" Line Replacable Units (L.R.U.'s).
